This winter, Six Senses Crans-Montana is embarking on a new chapter in its culinary journey, unveiling two reimagined dining experiences that highlight authenticity, creativity, and craftsmanship. The resort’s signature Japanese restaurant, Byakko, reopened following an extensive redesign, introducing a softer yet vibrant ambiance. Under the leadership of new Executive Chef Yukta Ghale, Byakko delivers a refined and authentic interpretation of Japanese cuisine.

Launching in early December 2025, Ora Bar will become the resort’s dynamic social hub. Guests can enjoy cocktails and mocktails crafted from locally sourced ingredients, accompanied by curated DJ sets, live performances, and an energetic atmosphere that captures the essence of the destination of Crans-Montana.

“Culinary excellence is at the heart of our vision, which is why we are elevating our signature dining experiences alongside our dedicated team. Our goal is to offer cuisine at Six Senses Crans-Montana that is lively, authentic, and sophisticated,” says General Manager Jean-Yves Blatt. The resort’s shared-dining concept, Wild Cabin, introduced in early summer 2025, has already proven a success, quickly becoming a guest favorite.
