Six Senses Ibiza welcomes guests back to breathtaking Xarraca Bay with an industry leading line up of wellbeing, culinary and sustainability experiences to nurture mind, body and spirit. From April 4 to  October 31, 2024 highlights include: mindful movement sessions led by Sanctum to open the season; unlocking the secrets to a long healthy life with Dr. Mark Hyman; embarking on a journey of holistic well-being, through life-affirming retreats; and the Alma Festival, where international visionaries converge to guide guests on a collective path of self-discovery. In celebration of the summer, the Beach Caves will play host to a series of weekly captivating live sunset music performances On the Rocks. Alongside all of this, guests can taste the flavors of the Mediterranean during the annual Chef's Table experience, led by renowned celebrity chef Eyal Shani.

Dr. Mark Hyman Young Forever at RoseBar Longevity Club  May 6 - 12

A standout moment in Six Senses Ibiza’s 2024 lineup, 6 - 12 May will welcome Dr. Mark Hyman to host his second annual Young Forever Longevity Retreat. This deeply experiential, educational and immersive retreat returns in partnership with one-of-a-kind longevity club RoseBar with programming based on Dr. Hyman’s bestselling book on extending healthspan and lifespan. Newly created for the 2024 retreat, guests will have exclusive access to a longevity diagnostic panel of expert practitioners

The six night retreat is designed to activate innate longevity switches and healing systems with food, exercise, yoga, bodywork, cryotherapy, saunas, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and ozone therapy all employed to help guests reverse their biological age. Dr. Hyman will host daily seminars on unpacking the latest science of health and wellness, biohacking, and longevity. Guests will emerge feeling physically, emotionally, and spiritually transformed with the tools to lead a long, healthy life.

Expert-led Wellness Programming

Adding to their esteemed roster of expert-led programming, the new season brings a constantly evolving roster of spirit-enhancing retreats filled with soul nourishing moments designed to foster community and connection while helping guests implement long-lasting and meaningful change.

Retreat & wellness programming will evolve throughout the year, with an initial programming line-up to include:

  • Sanctum I April 5 - 7: Sanctum will open the season with three powerful sessions exploring energy frequencies with high intensity mindful movement. The holistic movement sequence is curated to music inspired by Amsterdam’s electronic scene, enhanced by spoken word and elevated with orchestral pieces to compliment mindful and meditation moments.
  • Brain Health with Dr. Hanna Poikonen | April 10-13:  Guests will explore all elements for optimizing well-being through hands-on experience and science. The retreat will combine joyful, mindful, and calming movement, insightful scientific discoveries, and conversation. Dr. Poikonen will share the latest brain and health research about physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being. Guests will deepen their knowledge through energizing and meditative movement practices to enhance mental clarity, cognitive performance, and social interactions.
  • The Class Retreatment by Taryn Toomey | May 1 - 5: Taryn Toomey, creator of The Class by Taryn Toomey, combines her expertise as a yoga instructor with her studies in Peru to craft a unique experience that blends physical exercise and emotional release. Guiding guests from comfort zones to growth, incorporating strength, cardio, and mindfulness, The Class is a mat-based and music-driven workout described as a cathartic release and which helps participants feel better while embarking on a journey of self-discovery.
  • Radiate from Within with Aevi Wellness | May 3 - 6: Three-days of devotional yoga, meditation and breathwork designed to promote connection to self. Guests will immerse themselves in nature and skincare rituals to help radiate from within.
  • Symphony of Senses by Boo Kartawick & Svetlana Chebysheva | May 5 - 8: Using bells, percussion, Tibetan singing bowls and gongs to create deep, resonating vibrations and guide guests into a state of meditation to benefit both physical and mental health.
  • Aurora Retreat with Mercedes Flow Yoga | May 9 - 12: This four-day balanced retreat of yoga, meditation, breathwork, shaking, and nature walks helps guests take a mindful break and focus on self-discovery to live their best life.
  • Rise to Radiance with Ingrid Yang M.D. | May 14 - 18: A restful yet intentional reset led by yoga therapist Ingrid Yang, M.D.  Guests will nurture the body, moving with vinyasa flow in the mornings, and restorative, yin, yoga nidra and reiki in the evenings.
  • Power and Pleasure with Anja Akaya Amelung | May 23 - 26: Holistic Love and Relationship Coach Anja guides guests in redefining their relationship with pleasure, power and their own body, diving deep into healing practices, embracing their femininity, and unlocking the secrets of pleasure.

Eyal Shani Chef's Table Community Dinner at NORTH I June 26 - 30 

Acclaimed chef Eyal Shani returns to Six Senses Ibiza’s to host the annual Chef’s Summer Table at NORTH. This community dining experience will see Shani showcase a menu of modern Mediterranean fusion cuisine using locally sourced produce. Eyal’s trademark dishes feature fresh hyper-seasonal vegetarian small plates, just-caught seafood, and prime Spanish meat, all designed to share. Menus reflect seasonality with a spotlight on Six Senses Ibiza’s own organic farm produce. Eyal is an expert at highlighting the zest of Mediterranean cuisine in its simplest, most mouthwatering form and NORTH is open to both house guests and day visitors for dinner throughout the season.

Alma Festival | October 24 - 27

The festival with a different frequency returns for its third edition this October. Guests are invited to embark upon a journey amidst nature’s embrace, featuring wellness sessions, inspiring talks, community dinners and music performances. The festival´s program is fully immersive, spans multiple days and offers each individual the freedom to create their own experience.

For this four day program, the resort will undergo a captivating transformation, becoming "Alma" - the embodiment of soul in Spanish - a festival to inspire transformation through connection, celebration, and spirituality. Alma will once again bring together a mix of thought leaders, thinkers, and spiritualists, to heal, to lead and to co-create with a full line up to be announced later in the year. Cultural exchanges and events

An integral part of the calendar at Six Senses Ibiza is the celebration of art, music, and cultural exchange. This summer the property will showcase up and coming music talent through the seasonal On the Rocks music series and as part of weekly sound journeys at the Beach Caves.

Throughout the season Six Senses Ibiza offers a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces for gatherings, meetings and celebrations of all sizes. Reforestation in Xarraca Bay

The 2024 season will see Six Senses Ibiza partner embark upon a local reforesting project in the property’s home of Xarraca Bay. This partnership with Regenera Natura will see the implementation of environmental engineering plans to combat the effects of climate change.
