This autumn will see Six Senses Rome and Sanctum collaborate on a three-day, two-night urban retreat for mind, body and spirit. Now in its third year, and taking place from 5 - 7 September 2025, the Infinite-Self and Community Club retreat offers a chance to dive into self-discovery through music and movement in the heart of the Eternal City. Through the retreat, Six Senses Rome and Sanctum will continue on their mission to showcase a new side to Rome rooted in holistic wellbeing and self-discovery.
Offering an itinerary which combines Sanctum’s blueprinted methodology together with Six Senses Rome’s culturally-rooted approach to wellbeing, guests will experience a programme which features multidisciplinary forms of movement, Roman bathing and meditation, nourishing food, and cloud- comfy beds.
Sanctum’s co-founder Luuk Melissa says: “There is a reason why we are organizing our retreat at Six Senses Rome. Rome holds centuries of power, beauty, and belief in its stones. During the sanctum retreat, we don’t observe Rome, we experience it through our immersive city walks, Roman bathing rituals, and more. The heritage and the hospitality of Six Senses Rome is one of a kind, and I am honored to host our third Rome retreat here.”
Immersing themselves in the full spectrum of programming offered by this urban wellness retreat, guests can expect to depart feeling connected and restored with increased focus, rejuvenated energy systems, improved self-confidence and greater empathy.
To book: This three-day experience includes two nights in a Superior room, daily breakfast, x1 communal lunch and dinner, daily Sanctum classes, daily access to Six Senses Rome’s Roman Baths, 60-minute full-body massage and heritage mindful walks. Rates from EUR 3,220 per person in a Superior room or from EUR 2,320 per person for double occupancy in a Superior room. More information here.
