These state-of-the-art facilities provide guests with the perfect settings for exercise, relaxation and meditation.

The Wellness Pavilion is equipped with flying yoga hammocks that are used in conjunction with the resort's yoga classes. Guests feel as though they are flying through the jungle, thanks to the 360-degree views from the open-air structure. The Wellness Pavilion is also an inspirational spot for tai chi and pilates, which are led by the resort's world class yoga guru.

Six Senses Spa team of wellness experts provides personalized integrative wellness programs, which can be prescribed using the guests' physiological biomarkers during a wellness screening, so that they understand exactly what they can do in order to achieve the highest goals in physical health. There are several building blocks that form the foundations of this concept, including nutrition, sleep health, movement, alternative therapies, holistic treatments, yoga, meditation and mindfulness. The ultimate goal is to offer guests real benefits and guidance by providing in-depth information about their health and personalizing every aspect of their stay at the resort to enhance their lives and well-being.

The new gymnasium focuses on functional training and includes leading cardiovascular and resistance equipment. With the equipment facing the jungle and pond, the 180-degree view creates a personal interaction with nature. Functional fitness training is a major feature with Technogym's Omnia 8. In addition, performance testing with Fusionetics, an evidence-based sports science platform helps guests understand, monitor and improve personal fitness levels.

Fusionetics is the compilation of over a decade of research and field-testing led by Dr. Michael A. Clark, scientists, sports medicine professionals, coaches, athletes and business leaders who have persistently pursued their passion for perfecting human movement. The test involves conducting of six different movements and the execution of these is registered on the platform. The results help guests to optimize performance and reduce the risk of injury through a variety of training techniques.

The Elevated Yoga Platform is a new favorite with guests of the resort. A short three to five minute walk takes guests to the platform, which is located at the top of a small hill in a lush mangrove forest. This open-air platform, surrounded by jungle, allows them to listen to the sound of the sea while they practice their postures in a private location. The panoramic view of the Phang-Nga Bay is even more spectacular at sunrise, at which time the resort offers complimentary yoga to all guests.
