The completely clear 1600 SF slopeside structure with shimmering chandeliers, lounge seating, DJs and outdoor deck can be reached by skis or wooden walkway. The lunch and après menu features oysters, caviar and sushi hand rolls. Behind the 30-foot wooden bar, mixologists create cocktails while chefs shuck oysters.
