Sky Bar Introduces Poptails: Boozy Treats at the World's Highest Rooftop Bar
Unlike boozy pops found elsewhere, Sky Bar's Poptails pair a premium cocktail with a brain-freezing icy treat, the perfect combo with which to combat the always-hot scene at Sky Bar.

Known for their Hangovertini, created for the cast of The Hangover Part II while they were filming scenes at lebua, Sky Bar holds the record for the world's highest rooftop bar, thus affording guests breathtaking city views and an altogether striking atmosphere.

Four Poptails are available and include:

The Rocky Road Martini

An indulgent cocktail made of Absolut 100, white chocolate and hazelnut liqueurs and rimmed with dark Dutch chocolate, complemented by a rocky road popsicle, a frozen delight of succulent nuts and delicate marshmallows in a petite chocolate shell embellished with gold leaf.

Cocktail Recipe:

1.5 oz. Absolut 100 Vodka
1 oz. White Chocolate Liqueur
.5 oz. Hazel Nut liqueur


The Clover Pop

The classic frothy pink Clover Club Cocktail made with Plymouth Gin, complemented by a sour pineapple pop, a juicy combination of pineapple bits and sour lime and dusted with sour cherry.

Cocktail Recipe:

1.5 oz. Plymouth Gin
.5 oz. Egg White
1 oz. Lemon Juice
.25 oz. Grenadine
2 oz. Sky mix


Berrymania

Refreshing classic Daiquiri made with Havana Club 3-Year-Old Rum, complemented by a creamy berry popsicle bursting with flavors of luscious lemon.

Cocktail Recipe:

1 oz. Havana Club 3-Year-Old Rum
.5 oz. Orange Liqueur
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
.5 oz. Lime Cordial
1.5 oz. Sky Mix


The Pop Star

A twist on the Japanese Slipper cocktail, made with fine Olmeca Tequila, complemented with a thirst-quenching melon and raspberry cocktail.

1.5 oz. Olmeca Tequila
1 oz. Melon Liqueur
.5 oz. Lime Juice
.5 oz. Lime Cordial
.5 oz. Egg White
1.5 oz. Sky Mix
