  • Hats Off to Rome: Sofitel Rome guests will uncover the rich history of hat-making at Antica Manifattura Cappelli, the oldest hat workshop in Rome and the only that has received recognition for being a Historical Shop of Rome. Travelers will witness the craftsmanship behind the tradition, exploring the raw materials used for straw and felt hats, before fashioning their own classic hat ribbon, equipped with grosgrain and pins. Duration: 90 minutes. The starting rate is $320 USD per person; includes private roundtrip transportation.
  • Medici Promenade & Aperitivo: Travelers are invited to step into the magnificent Renaissance palace of Villa Medici.
