Soneva Kiri Launches New “Seven Days, Seven Beaches” Guest Experience in Thailand

Just in time for Thailand’s reopening to vaccinated US travelers on November 1st, Soneva Kiri, the luxury jungle eco-resort on the remote island of Koh Kood, has launched a one-of-a-kind, new “Seven Days, Seven Beaches” guest experience.

Setting sail from the Soneva Kiri jetty aboard a traditional wooden fishing boat, the excursion gives guests exclusive access to some of Thailand’s most breathtaking beaches, secluded bays and hidden coves on the island of Koh Kood, the country’s fourth largest but least populated island, and nearby Koh Rang, a National Marine Park. With each day dedicated to a different beach, the itinerary includes: Klong Chao Beach, Ao Kluai, Koh Rang's Blue Lagoon, Klong Han Beach, Ao Tapao, Klong Ngamko Beach and Takhian Beach.

In a unique twist, the fishing boat transforms into a private beach club once it drops anchor, complete with a cushioned top deck and bean bags for lounging, kayaks and paddleboards for exploring, and an on-board kitchen where a private chef crafts a mouth-watering selection of gourmet meals. Guests can swim ashore to sunbathe on the sands, snorkel over colorful corals, paddle along the coastline or simply stretch out and relax in the sunshine on deck.

The “Seven Days, Seven Beaches” experience can be tailored to guests’ desires, offering the freedom to choose from a one-day, one-beach cruise to the full seven-day adventure, with a new beach every day. The boat departs from the Soneva Kiri jetty at 10am and returns to the resort at 6:30pm, taking in the spectacular sunset.

Priced at US$200 per adult per day and US$75 per child (5-12 years old) per day, the Seven Days, Seven Beaches experience includes a gourmet lunch with selected beverages and complimentary non-motorized water sports. A shorter “Three Days, Three Beaches” experience is also available, priced at US$500 per person. Each voyage is for a minimum of two guests and a maximum of eight – additional guests can arrive via speedboat once the fishing boat has anchored.
