Restaurant manager Olivier Grassini has recently expanded his team with the appointment of dynamic duo twins Antoine and Ugo Lecorché who will be in charge of running the front of house and special event planning. Originally from Lyon, the brothers became well known after refining their skills for 11 years at Le Baoli in Cannes.

With a DJ providing the musical ambience and an unlimited buffet to satisfy guests, this traditional brunch will be available every Sunday from noon until 4:00 pm. For those with a sweet tooth, the alternative “dessert buffet” will be available from 3:00 pm onwards. As an extra bonus for parents, children aged four to twelve can visit the “Diwi & Co” club run by a dedicated kids' coordinator.

A Special Upgrade
