St. Barth Properties is introducing two new properties to their portfolio: Villa Java and Villa Coquillage

Villa Java

Beach lovers will adore this contemporary 3-bedroom villa with its direct access to the protected waters of Marigot Bay. Motorized boats and other vehicles are not allowed and Java’s guests will enjoy the quiet with the use of a kayak, paddle boards and snorkeling gear. Other highlights of Villa Java include:

  • Three en-suite bedrooms with French king beds, his and her closets, TVs equipped with Apple TV and lovely views;

  • The modern, cool-white décor of the living area on the lower-level features a gourmet kitchen with island, a dining area and a living cum media room that can be closed off with sliders;

  • The outdoor areas feature a covered terrace, a heated extra-long infinity pool on the sunny deck and a small, private man-made beach area for sun-seekers steps away from the bay’s warm waters.


Prices for Villa Java start at $13,500 per week during the low season and $25,000 per week during high season for use of one bedroom*.

Villa Coquillage

The striking 2-bedroom Villa Coquillage is named for its proximity to one St. Barth’s most popular spots to sun, swim and dine – Shell Beach. This primo location means it’s less than a five-minute stroll to Gustavia’s restaurants, boutiques and lively bars. Compact, chic, and contemporary in design and décor, this delightful villa is laid out for easy living and leverages postcard views of the iconic harbor and spectacular sunsets. Other highlights of Villa Coquillage include:

  • An open floor plan, which includes an air-conditioned living room and kitchen, opens to an expansive pool deck furnished for outdoor living;

  • Two air-conditioned en suite bedrooms each with French king beds, sea views at either end of the villa, ensuring privacy for all guests;

  • Easy, walking distance to the bustling capital of Gustavia for a lunch or dinner, shopping at one of the chic boutique or just people watching.


Prices for Villa Coquillage start at $5,800 per week during the low season and $7,300 per week during high season for use of one bedroom*.

*Low season runs from April 16 to December 14 annually. High season runs from December 15 to April 15 annually. St. Barth Properties is able to adjust pricing based on the number of guests and number of bedrooms that will be used during a stay.
