St. Lucia's Jade Mountain Celebrates Mango Fest

St. Lucia's Jade Mountain Celebrates Mango Fest
The Mango Festival in St. Lucia, June 19 to 21, is hosted by Jade Mountain's consulting chef, James Beard award-winner Allen Susser and his team. Susser is the author of "The Great Mango Book."

During the Mango Madness Festival, Susser will explore the local fruits and ingredients growing right in the resort's backyard. "On St. Lucia, each mango offers a different flavor, texture and color. Each dictates its own culinary destination," said Susser.

The Mango Madness Festival will start off on Friday evening with the Mango Madness Cocktail Party featuring Mangotinis and Mango Mojitos, followed on Saturday by the Mango Lunch. The evening will be a sensory tasting experience called Night of 1,000 Mangos, a five-course exotic dinner. The finale and mango madness farewell will be the Sunday Mango Brunch with Champagne Mango Cocktails.

The Jade Mountain Mango Madness package is a three-night stay in a Sky Jacuzzi Suite at $1,775 per person double occupancy, and in a star pool sanctuary at $2,250 per person in double occupancy. The package includes accommodation, airport transfers, breakfast, dinner and all mango madness events.
