Joining the popular Villa Cortez, Villa One will offer an endless array of “one and only” personalized amenities and services created exclusively for villa guests. From a dedicated fitness trainer and spa therapist to a private screening room to the personally stocked pantry and bar and dedicated culinary and household staff, the villa experience at One&Only Palmilla is completely tailored to guests’ tastes and whims. Villa rates start from $12,500 per night.
The new villa at One&Only Palmilla, set in lush, tropical gardens, will offer some of the most luxurious and spacious accommodations in Mexico. Affording the utmost discretion and privacy, guests are met directly at the airport, escorted to the resort where they will be taken directly to their villa. The dedicated Villa Team will welcome them to One&Only Palmilla to finalize any plans, provide a spa treatment following the journey or the villa’s fitness trainer can lead an invigorating work-out.
The Team is at the guests’ disposal throughout their stay to handle any and all details of their vacation to ensure a personalized experience created exactly to their discerning specifications. This attention to detail includes personally determining guest preferences before their visit and ensuring all is in place upon arrival, handling all airport details and transfers, arranging any excursions, tee times, dining reservations or children’s activities, and coordinating all in-room technology requirements. In addition, villa guests receive complimentary laundry throughout their stay (excluding dry cleaning), private cabana on the beach and for those staying a minimum of 4 nights, a choice between a complimentary private art walk or yacht cruise.

The private entrance to Villa One opens to the great room, where glass doors open 30 feet wide to reveal dramatic views of the 48 x 13-foot infinity-edge pool, surrounded by the private gardens, the sea beyond and sky. The style is distinctively modern with natural materials from Mexico, endless views and clean architectural lines, all showcasing the splendor of the surroundings of the resort.
Reminiscent of a glass house, the Villa offers floor to ceiling glass doors throughout, providing infinite views, yet the ultimate privacy. The living and dining areas feature an open display kitchen, perfect for entertaining. A large plasma screen, cable TV, DVD/CD player and surround system can be enjoyed with a variety of customized One&Only Palmilla playlists to suit a variety of musical tastes, providing the perfect soundtrack for the villa vacation experience, as well as an endless movie library.
The outdoors are celebrated at Villa One, offering a wide variety spaces, including an expansive Breakfast Terrace, as well as large Dining Terrace. The Upper Terrace provides direct access into the glass, dramatic infinity-edge pool, surrounded by sumptuous loungers and a palapa, providing shade to the generous day bed. Guests can retreat to the Lower Terrace to linger by the large fire pit to enjoy the sun set, or to the private spa treatment room, or the ultimate indulgence, the private screening room.
The master suite, at approximately 870 square feet, offers a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors forming 2 sides of the Villa, highlighting the natural surrounds. The master bath features a large, free-standing, bath, a steam shower, all showcasing the structural simplicity and incredible natural materials throughout. The guest suites can be completely closed off from the other spaces, as well as a private bath, making it perfect for families. The 426 square-foot second bedroom also features a king-sized bed and floor to ceiling windows that open to a secluded sun deck. The third 390-square foot bedroom has two queen-sized beds and a private patio. The four-bedroom villa also offers a bunk-bed suite, perfect for kids of all ages. Finally, with a separate entrance, the Butler Suite is perfectly placed for the Team to ensure every detail is looked after, day or night.
Exquisite Dining, Villa Style
The villa provides a dedicated chef to prepare any or all meals, appealing to guests’ tastes as well as any dietary needs in a private, separate production kitchen, perfect for guests who do not want to be disturbed but want to discover the award-winning cuisine of One&Only Palmilla. In addition, there is an outdoor barbeque for guests to enjoy poolside. Complimentary Sunset Margaritas and Mexican canapés are served daily by the Butler, along with any special requests. The dedicated culinary team can arrange anything from casual poolside breakfast to elaborately themed family style dinners. An inclusive Full Bar selection is also offered for guests. The spa’s full range of treatments is available just steps away in the newly designed One&Only Spa, Beauty and Fitness Centre. New elements have been introduced, including new men’s grooming at Barber&Blade, One&Only Beauty with the introduction of OBO Salon by Jonathan and George, and a new Bastien Gonzalez Studio. In addition, guests have access to a dedicated personal trainer throughout their stay, either for workouts on the beach, yoga or boot camp or in the new state-of-the-art Fitness Centre.

Villa guests receive VIP golf treatment including personal transfers, priority tee times and the chance to get private lessons and group clinics at the 27 Jack Nicklaus designed holes.
