A highlight of any week is the truly exceptional Waldorf Astoria Sunday Champagne Brunch. This ‘brunch journey' begins with oysters and Champagne at the legendary Long Bar. Then, follow the joyful sounds of our resident Jazz Band to the Grand Brasserie, where a sumptuous buffet selection awaits. Brunch is complemented with free-flow Perrier Jouet Champagne and fine wines. Brunch diners can also enjoy exclusive gifts throughout July. Sunday Champagne Brunch is priced at RMB 888/ person and served every Sunday from 11:00am to 15:00pm.

Signature Chinese restaurant Wei Jing Ge presents a Business Set Lunch during weekdays. Priced at just RMB 188 per person, the seven-course set menu is exclusively designed by our Master Chef to offer a mix of dim sum treats and restaurant specialty dishes that not only delight the palette, but are served efficiently to fit in with busy workday schedules. During the ‘Summer Joy at Waldorf' period, those that enjoy lunch at Wei Jing Ge also have the chance to win a one-night stay in a Deluxe River Room. Available Monday to Friday from 11.30am to 15.00pm.

Nothing beats the summer heat like indulgent Ice Cream Sundaes. Salon de Ville and Peacock Alley are serving a special summer menu of exquisite ice cream desserts that are as decadent as they are refreshing. Bliss out with creations like the ‘Snow White', combining vanilla, coconut and white chocolate ice cream topped with vanilla sauce, homemade coconut marshmallow and Chantilly cream. Or try the richly exotic ‘Waldorf Typhoon' featuring rum raisin, cherry and dark chocolate ice cream with toffee sauce, fresh cherries, biscotti and a green apple crystal.

Reward yourself after a long day – and ease into hot summer nights – in an ambience of historic glamour at the Waldorf Astoria Long Bar. Enjoy the legendary selection of classic and innovative cocktails like the ‘Zaza' and ‘Waldorf Queen', plus an eclectic wine list, premium beers and top-shelf spirits. The Long Bar is open Monday-Friday from 16:00pm-01:00am and Saturday to Sunday from 14:00pm-01:00am.
