The fully-equipped outdoor kitchen offers a chance for plenty of winter BBQs beneath the Antiguan sun, freshly prepared using local ingredients and produce from the garden, by the villa’s private chef.
Designed by Dutch architect Piet Boon, the house accommodates up to 12 people and draws inspiration from the sloping forms surrounding Pearns Bay. With expansive, open-plan living spaces on the top floor, complete views over the Caribbean Sea and doors straight out onto the large wraparound terrace, Pearns Bay House blends the indoors with the beautiful, balmy outdoors. All of the six super king-size en-suite bedrooms have their own private terrace that leads directly onto the beach, perfect for those who fancy sunrise swims and beach walks.
A team of dedicated, attentive staff make sure that guests needn’t lift a finger and can spend their time enjoying this peaceful winter retreat. Meals are prepared by the resident house chef, drinks are always served ice-cold on the beach and the House Director makes sure that every little detail is taken care of, from arrival details, excursions to private experiences within the villa.
