Sweet Suite Friday at The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte will be available to three couples per weekend on January 11, 18 and 25, 2013 and will feature an overnight stay in a luxury suite followed by a Saturday morning cooking class at the hotel's Cocoa Lab – official pastry headquarters for the hotel's acclaimed Bar Cocoa all-dessert restaurant. The included cooking class will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturday January 12, 19 or 26 and will allow couples to discover their inner chef, creating spectacular desserts which they can then sample at the end of the session. Participants will also receive a Ritz-Carlton apron as a special take-home gift.
