Taj Boston's Sunday Brunch Returns to the Roof

Taj Boston's Sunday Brunch Returns to the Roof
As a special Easter treat, guests will be welcomed by the Easter Bunny. Young guests will enjoy popular favorites from chicken nuggets to a fun chocolate fondue for dipping, and a "creation station" where they can decorate their own Easter cookies from a colorful palette of assorted frostings and toppings. A face painter will add to the festivities.

Everyone will experience the tempting buffet of culinary creations presented by Executive Chef Franck Steigerwald and his team of talented chefs. This includes made-to-order breakfast selections such as omelets and waffles. Other themed displays spotlight chilled seafood, artisan cheeses, antipasti and individual appetizers, Mediterranean charcuterie and salads, a sushi chef's presentations, lemon risotto and fresh pastas, grilled salmon medallions with beurre blanc and a carving station with roasted rib eye with Bèrnaise sauce. There will also be a special presentation of Indian cuisine by Chef Prabeen Prathapan, and Pastry Chef Susan Lagalle and her staff will create an artistic dessert fantasy buffet.
