Debuting this summer, The Oceanic, the Collection’s largest cottage, will be available to rent for the first time. This stunning historic 10,400 square-foot residence, one of the most prestigious homes in Watch Hill, is located just steps away from the Ocean House resort and its private beach. Originally built at the turn of the century, The Oceanic has been completely renovated under the direction of architect Meg Lyons, who was the lead project manager on the historic rebuild of the Ocean House. With nine bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a screening room, hot tub, and pool, this grand cottage is the ultimate in luxury residential living.
Intercrest, another distinguished and historic cottage new to the Collection this year is located across from Ocean House, offering views of the bay on one side and the ocean on the other. This entirely reconstructed home features more than 5,000 square feet of indoor living space, an elevator to access its four levels, seven bedrooms, and 1,500 square feet of exterior decks and porches.
The extensive amenities, services, and unparalleled experiences at Ocean House that are available to all cottage guests include private members club privileges as well as private beach access and dining.
