Nestled in the heart of the majestic Rocky Mountains, The Hythe, a Luxury Collection Resort, Vail, offers brand new summer programming, inclusive of a wide variety of offerings. As the resort prepares to welcome travelers to the property for its first summer since opening, there is no shortage of activities for all guests to enjoy.

The Hythe is driven by the passion of the founding legends that created Vail, and their love of the mountain. As the destination authority, the resort offers something for everyone - from solo travelers, to families, to couples – the new summer programming has unique and exciting experiences available for all visitors. Designed to embody the resort’s Après All Day spirit, guests of The Hythe can partake in any number of these activities to ensure a memorable stay. Offerings include:

Summer Experiences

  • Pedal & Pour: Guests will enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience as they partake in a self-guided bike tour, with rentals from True North, followed by a mixology class with award-winning bartender, Sean Kenyon. The Denver-based mixologist owns James Board-nominated speakeasy, Williams & Graham, renowned for its bespoke cocktails and rich ambiance. The Pedal & Pour experience is available Saturdays, June 25, July 30 and August 27 with pricing starting at $100 per guest.
  • Adventure IO: The Hythe’s partnership with Adventure IO brings guests world-class experiences and custom-curated adventures hosted by professionals, local experts and brand ambassadors. This summer, guests can choose from activities such as Wilderness Fly Fishing by Horseback, Mountain Biking with a Yeti team rider, Mushroom Foray & Meal Prep, and a Skateboarding Lesson & Adventure.
  • Red Sky Golf: Red Sky Golf’s two nationally-acclaimed championship courses weave through 800 acres of historic ranchlands filled with sage, aspen groves and spectacular mountain vistas. Through The Hythe’s partnership with Red Sky Golf, guests have the opportunity to experience the member-only club with two special packages.
    • Ultimate Golf Experience: This package allows participants to enjoy the ultimate day at Red Sky Ranch. Each guest will begin with a two-hour private lesson with a professional guide, followed by lunch with them. Guests will then enjoy a round of golf on one of two nationally acclaimed championship courses. Pricing begins at $650 for a single and $1000 for a pair.
    • Round of Golf: Guests of The Hythe can experience this member-only golf course with 360-degree views of the Colorado Rockies and courses designed by Tom Fazio and Greg Norman.

Culinary Offerings

  • Margie’s Haas: With an emphasis on contemporary alpine-inspired cuisine, Margie’s Haas is a favorite amongst many. The popular restaurant will offer a brand-new summer menu inspired by South Tyrol, the Austria/Italy border region where the 10th Mountain Division fought during World War II.
  • Revel Lounge: Guests can enjoy “The Nightcap,” a menu of late-night bites, hand-crafted cocktails and drink specials. Additionally, Revel Lounge is debuting its Refined-Sugar-Free Bar, featuring all cocktails made without refined sugar. Each cocktail will include substitutes such as Aroy-D, Zevia, OKF and Torani. Guests are sure to be delighted by the creativity of each drink as ingredients like coconut sugars are included in simple syrup and the lounge’s Whiskey Smash cocktail is rotated with homemade jams.
  • The Spritz Stop: This outdoor pop-up bar offers guests a chance to refresh themselves with the signature Hythe Spritz, a mix of alpine berry and prosecco that pairs perfectly with a summer day. Available Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Après Deck or pool, guests will also find custom “Spritzes” made with local distillers and Torani sweeteners, as well as a kombucha spritz, canned seltzers and canned wines.

  • Live Music: Live music will take place every Friday and Saturday from 1-4 p.m. from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
  • Summer Bar Menu at the Pool: The resort’s first-ever summer pool menu boasts offerings ranging from cocktails, canned wine and beer, to warm-weather favorites such as smash burgers and fish tacos. For those looking to try a bit of everything, sharable plates such as nachos and quesadillas are available as well.

Lastly, The Hythe looks forward to launching a car borrowship program with Lexus this summer. Through this partnership, the resort will offer Lexus courtesy cars as well as four cars offered for guest use.

In addition to The Hythe’s extensive summer offerings, guests can dine at one of four brand-new culinary concepts or indulge in a day of wellness at the signature Well & Being Spa.
