The Magnificent Beaches of Europe

The Magnificent Beaches of Europe

Europe is known for its magnificent beaches, amongst many other things, such as the extravagant architecture, museums, and luxurious resorts where you can spend a great deal of your time in peace and in an idyllic atmosphere. Although the tourism industry in Europe faced a major decline in the year 2020 as compared to the year 2019 because of the novel coronavirus, things are slowly and gradually coming back to normal, and once again, people are applying for visas to visit Europe for their next vacations. The implementation of the ETIAS visa makes Europe a safer place to visit as it helps strengthen the security of the borders.

The legal procedures to pass the ETIAS started in 2016, but the system was postponed and is expected to be fully operational in 2024.

Here are some of the beaches you don’t want to miss out on when in Europe.

Bay of Biscay, Biarritz, France

Even if you are a beginner at swimming or surfing, there is absolutely no reason why you can not go to this beach to spend a day. It is not only extraordinary due to its broadcasting in several Hollywood movies, but it is also extremely convenient for beginners to experiment with their surfing at this beach.

Zlatni Rat, Brac, Croatia

The reason why this particular beach stands out from all other beautiful beaches in Croatia is because of its unusual shape. With its shoreline spread with tiny pebbles, this beach has a pointy shape from which the water extends in two poles. It looks like a golden sand beach and is a perfect spot for windsurfing, jet skiing, and other water sports.

Haukland Beach, Norway

Located in Lofoten Islands, the water at the Haukland beach is as clear as glass and as blue as the Caribbean. Surrounding by the stunning mountains nearby, this beach is a must-visit if you are planning to go to Norway on your next holidays.

Navagio Beach, Greece (pictured)

Located in Zakynthos, Navagio is undoubtedly the most beautiful beach that you are going to find in the whole of Greece. Although it is quite an adventure to access it by boat, it is still a worthwhile experience if you are visiting the country.
