Celebrating Chef Auguste Escoffier
To kick-off the celebrations, the hotel will focus on its extraordinary culinary legacy. In honor of Chef Auguste Escoffier, the original chef of The Pierre, Perrine will launch a prixe-fixe Anniversary Menu on October 1, 2025 ($79.) The special menu will run until October 11, 2025. The anniversary celebration began with a toast to The Pierre’s success as The Taj Group named The Pierre its number one hotel in September, 2025 -- a testament to its consistent pursuit of excellence and outstanding guest satisfaction. Two other notable accomplishments in 2025 included welcoming a new Executive Chef, Vincenzo Garofalo, and a new General Manager, Spiridon Sarantopoulos. The Two E Lounge has seen the celebrated revival of its live jazz five nights a week, creating an enchanting atmosphere for guests and locals alike and will reveal a new art installation on October 1, 2025.
