Located in four areas of The Residence community, the homes that are part of the new Residence Club will come elegantly furnished and will be owned by eight like-minded families. As a Club owner, homeowners have access to a host of amenities, services and Ranch privileges including the option to host friends and family members, have guests stay in their home when they are not on property as well as rent their residence. The homes within the Residence Club will be priced from $179,000 to $439,000 and feature three different housing options including Casitas – two-bedroom floor plan with two and a half baths at 2,003 square feet, Casas – three-bedroom floor plan with three and a half baths at 3,113 square feet, and Villas – four-bedroom floor plan with four and a half baths at 5,181 square feet.
