The venture is slated to begin first week of the New Year with expected completion in mid-March. BLD, located in Palm Beach, FL and Hong Kong, was selected as the project's design firm; their concept for the highly-anticipated overhaul draws on Denver's adventurous spirit and contemporary architecture offering a combination of clean urban details complemented by images often seen in nature.

A refined color palette of neutral champagne-silver tones are enhanced with contrasting hues of deep blue, purple, soft gold and white. The Plaza Level makeover includes two expansive ballrooms, six additional meeting rooms, the iconic grand staircase and all pre-function corridors which will all boast artwork from local artists, contemporary lighting, fresh wall-coverings, vibrant upholstery, and stylish furniture.

The re-imagined lobby will most notably include a new lounge creating a cozy area for guests to sit back and relax as they discover locally created works of art. Other upgrades to the lobby include new lighting and upholstery, eye-catching wall coverings, modern furniture and other Colorado-inspired décor.

The sleek new design throughout in these spaces will surprise and delight both current and future guests with a sophisticated look that is suggestive of all the urban adventures that await both inside and outside of the hotel.
