The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay—the San Francisco Bay Area’s only Forbes Five-Star luxury oceanfront resort—proudly announces its inaugural "Taste of Half Moon Bay" event. On September 19, 2025, this exclusive culinary celebration showcases the exceptional talents of local artisans, brewers, distillers, and vintners, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Pacific coastline. The evening begins with the resort's signature sunset serenade, where the resident bagpiper plays melodies honoring Scottish heritage as the sun sets over the bluffs. Guests will then enjoy a four-course cliffside dinner on the Ocean Lawn led by the resort’s acclaimed Executive Chef Javier Arrebola Serrano.

The event emphasizes the resort’s dedication to supporting local purveyors and businesses, fostering connections within the vibrant Half Moon Bay community, and highlighting the region's abundant culinary offerings. The evening transforms into a masterful showcase of coastal cuisine, where ocean-to-table philosophy meets innovative culinary artistry.
