With exclusive bento boxes as the focal point of this new sunset beach experience, couples and epicurean enthusiasts alike can get a taste of Sushi Sho’s offerings without the ever-hard-to-secure omakase reservation.
Chef Nakazawa is renowned for his style of inventive Edomae sushi and gourmands rank his dishes alongside Michelin-starred restaurants as a perennial favorite. At Sushi Sho at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach, Chef Nakazawa prepares omakase-style meals, pairing varying types of seasoned rice with more than 40 different kinds of fresh fish, yielding perfectly balanced sushi. Each dish is inspired by local ingredients combined with Chef Nakazawa’s traditional and innovative techniques for aging, curing, smoking, brining and pickling fresh seafood.
The Sushi Sho Sunset Beach Experience includes hand-crafted bento boxes featuring an array of Chef Nakazawa’s delicacies, along with a custom sake pairing to complete the epicurean journey.
