This May, The Roof at The Rome EDITION introduces a delectable new menu just in time for spring. Boasting a travertine plunge pool, daybeds, and a large bar area, The Roof at The Rome EDITION offers a vibrant yet sophisticated ambiance, pairing panoramic views of Rome with a lively, social atmosphere. From golden hour aperitivos and refined dinners to chic long lunches, the space effortlessly transforms to suit every occasion. Design and stylish décor and a unique atmosphere envelops guests in an inviting and cool vibe that reflects Rome’s enduring charm with a modern and trendy twist.

Located on the seventh floor of the hotel, The Roof celebrates the essence of Mediterranean cuisine, where simplicity and authenticity shines through every ingredient. The Roof’s pool menu will be available from midday to 5pm, and the aperitivo and dinner from 6pm to 11:30pm. Traditional cooking techniques preserve the purest flavours, evoking the gentle breeze of Italy's sun-kissed shores. Each dish honours the timeless allure and rich culinary traditions of the Mediterranean, offering a bite of summer in every mouthful. From small plates such as Focaccia with Mortadella, and Mini Beef Tartare, to lunch options such as Tuna tartare and the appetizing signature EDITION Club Sandwich. For dinner, guests can select from cold dishes such as Beef tartare with Parmigiano Reggiano and hazelnut or Red Shrimp Catalana, or grilled dishes such as ‘’Valdostana’’ Beef Tagliata or Grilled Catch of the Day.

Open seven days a week, with external guests able to join in on the fun between 12pm - 12am, The Roof’s service style embodies a blend of casual sophistication and meticulous attention to detail, perfectly attuned to the needs of every guest.
