The Silo Hotel Cape Town, Newest Addition to The Royal Portfolio
Housed within the walls of the historic waterfront grain silo building in Cape Town, which has been transformed by world-renowned architect Thomas Heatherwick, The Silo Hotel will comprise 28 luxurious rooms and suites.

Each room, suite and public space at The Silo Hotel has been individually designed by Liz Biden, founder, with her husband Phil, of The Royal Portfolio; and each boasts views of some of Cape Town's top sights, including Table Mountain, Lion's Head, Signal Hill, Robben Island and Cape Town Stadium.

The hotel, which will also feature restaurants, bars, spa, gym and dramatic rooftop with pool and 360-degree views of the city and waterfront, sits atop the future site of the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa (MOCAA), set to open in September 2017.

The Silo Hotel is the newest addition to The Royal Portfolio, which includes such award-winning properties as Royal Malewane in Greater Kruger National Park, La Residence in Franschhoek, Birkenhead House in Hermanus and The One Above penthouse in Cape Town.
