An Exceptional Thanksgiving Feast The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort invites guests and residents to a sumptuous meal led by Executive Chef Adrian Colameco. On Thursday, November 23, 2023, a Thanksgiving Day Feast will be served with seatings from noon - 8:00pm at the resort’s on-site Atlantikós, featuring an elegant buffet paired with live entertainment. Prices begin at $155 per adult, and $65 per child. A majestic “Thanksgiving To-Go” meal priced at $450 will also be available from La Gourmandise, offering all of the makings for a complete holiday meal at home.
Festive Indulgences The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort will also welcome guests for unparalleled gastronomic experiences on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. At Atlantikós, guests may enjoy an elevated, unique expression of Mediterranean holiday-inspired dishes on Christmas Eve. Adults may enjoy a three-course menu set at $95, while children may dine a la carte. A scrumptious Christmas Day Brunch will be served at Atlantikós, with prices beginning at $135 per adult and $65 per child.
A Beachside Welcome to the New Year For a decadent kick-off to 2023, The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort will present a dazzling, adults-only New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner in the opulent Astor Ballroom. A distinguished culinary journey designed to close the year in style, this glamorous 5-course prix-fixe meal will present a welcome reception featuring an open bar, wine pairings with dinner service, and a celebratory champagne toast. The gala celebration is priced at $515 per guest.
Guests may also opt for a New Year’s Eve Extravaganza at The St. Regis Bar. Priced at $75, this lavish party will feature a champagne toast at midnight hosted by Veuve Clicquot, party favors, and live music and entertainment.
Following an evening of festivities, on New Year’s Day guests may opt for a special “Recovery Brunch.” A selection of both savory and sweet dishes will be available alongside the resort’s signature take on the famed St. Regis Bloody Mary, the “Bloody Sunrise,” to begin the year with a taste of the vibrancy of Miami.
Additional Resort-Wide Festivities Returning over the Thanksgiving holiday, The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort will re-introduce its rotating activities and thoughtful experiences designed for children and families. A calendar featuring such arts and crafts workshops as seasonal pumpkin patch and corn painting, gratitude jar and bracelet-making, and more, will be offered on weekends throughout the holidays.
