Beginning on December 15, 2025, guests are invited to bask in the spirit of revelry with Champagne sabrage, lavish holiday feasts and other signature St. Regis celebrations to showcase the best of what Bermuda’s premier luxury beachfront resort has to offer.
Immersive Holiday Experiences
From December 15, the resort will honor the storied legacy of the St. Regis with holiday-inspired rituals and immersive experiences. Guests can delight in treasured traditions such as the daily Festive Afternoon Tea between December 15–31 ($55 per guest, advanced reservations required), featuring seasonal pastries and confections paired with an elegant selection of teas. On December 19, the Pastry Artistry Class ($50 per guest) invites participants to discover the craft of creating holiday desserts, while on December 23 the Bloody Mary Masterclass will showcase the secrets behind crafting the resort’s signature Gates Bay Mary. Younger guests will enjoy Gingerbread House and Christmas Ornament Making classes at the Children’s Club on December 24, before families gather for Christmas Carols in The Great Hall and an evening of S’mores & Bonfire on the beach.
Come New Year’s Eve, guests are invited to raise a glass and toast to the new year with a special Champagne sabering and live entertainment at the New Year’s Countdown Soirée. For those looking to welcome the new year with intention and balance, they can partake in a revitalizing Mindful Beginnings Yoga session on the hotel lawn on New Year’s Day.
Festive Culinary Delights
A St. Regis holiday celebration would not be complete without an array of refined culinary experiences. On December 24, guests can savor a five-course Christmas Eve Dinner at Lina ($120 per guest, $60 per child 12 & under), featuring seasonal flavors served in an atmosphere of refined holiday cheer. The festivities continue on December 25 with an elevated Christmas Day Brunch at Lina ($90 per guest, $50 per child 12 & under), best shared with loved ones in celebration of the spirit of Christmas.
On December 31, the resort will host a New Year’s Eve Dinner at Lina ($120 per guest, $60 per child 12 & under), featuring a five-course menu of contemporary holiday creations before the New Year’s Countdown Soirée. The celebration concludes with a Recovery Brunch at Lina on January 1 ($90 per guest, $50 per child 12 & under), offering brunch favorites, sushi, and carving stations for a leisurely start to the year ahead.
