World Cocktail Day on May 13 marks the official unveiling of The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort’s new 727 Bar

Bora Bora's best libation location for sunset cocktails served with a spectacular backdrop of majestic Mount Otemanu.

The resort’s new 727 Bar is named after Mount Otemanu’s height, a towering 727 meters, making it the highest peak in Bora Bora and one of French Polynesia’s most well known landmarks and natural wonders. With al fresco and indoor seating, 727 Bar is a romantic spot perfectly situated for Mount Otemanu-gazing and sipping to sunset views.

In addition to a variety of creative cocktails and decadent bites including Caviar, Truffle Croq’s and savory Parmesan Churros, 727 Bar also offers Champagne sabering for guests who wish to experience St. Regis' signature experience that originates from Napoleon’s days in battle when he famously used his saber to open bottles of bubbly. “Champagne! Le 727 - the bar’s namesake cocktail is a deliciously flavorful combination of Chartreuse, Gin, Midori, Lime and Cinnamon

Crystal Mary - a refreshing cocktail that lightens things up with Tomato water, while spicing things up with Bird’s Eye Chili

Bartender & You - a bespoke cocktail that is a collaboration with the bartender who creates a personalized signature cocktail of your very own. The creative process begins with questions like favorite flavors and spirits, and whether you prefer a long, slow sipping cocktail or something short with a punch. The bartender then creates the cocktail that's served under a glass dome with dry ice for a mystically smokey presentation resembling the clouds drifting past Mount Otemanu.
