The St. Regis Mexico City Celebrates National Month With Botanical Cocktails at King Cole Bar & Terrace
Offered exclusively throughout the month of September, the festive cocktails pay homage to the cultural heritage of pre-Columbian ruler Nezahualcoyotl, who established the first botanical gardens in the world.

With sweeping views of historic monuments such as the Chapultepec Castle, Diana the Huntress and the Angel of Independence, King Cole Bar's signature terrace is the ideal destination for guests and locals to celebrate the national holidays with an innovative plant-based cocktail menu inspired by ancient Mexico. Featuring fresh herbs, spices, and flowers, King Cole Bar's refreshing botanical cocktails will be prepared with tequila and mezcal – Mexico's signature spirits – by the premium Mexican spirits Maestro Tequilero and Mezcal 400 Conejos. The unique libations combine contemporary mixology techniques with the botanical abundance of pre-Columbian times to create artisanal craft cocktails.

Some of the featured cocktails include Zapote Nights (cactus syrup, black zapote fruit, orange juice, and Maestro Tequilero tequila), Santa Tuna / Holy Cactus (Acuyo syrup, red cactus fruit, damiana, a splash of citrus, and Maestro Tequilero tequila), Dahlia & Damiana (dahlia flower jam, twist of soursop, damiana, and Maestro Tequilero tequila), Tomate Twist (roasted green tomato, epazote flower syrup, 400 Conejos mescal, and lime), and Chili Hibiscus (hibiscus jam with hints of guava, ancho chile liquer, agave honey, lime, and Maestro Tequilero tequila).
