Fairmont Windsor Park is offering a Coronation Garden Party to celebrate the Coronation of His Majesty The King and Her Majesty The Queen on the 6th May 2023, to rejoice an occasion that will undoubtedly be remembered for years to come. To commemorate this historic moment, a magnificent garden party event that promises to be an experience like no other has been planned at the countryside hotel, showcasing all the action on a large outdoor screen accompanied by a luxurious picnic hamper, live music and more!
The garden party will take place in the hotel’s spectacular gardens, primely positioned within 40 acres of lush scenery and spacious countryside adjacent to the historic Windsor Great Park, a location renowned for its royal ties enabling viewers to feel even closer to the action. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the sound of live music and the sight of the hotel’s beautifully manicured estate, setting the stage for an unforgettable day, just 45 minutes from London.
From 10:30am – 5:30pm guests will be able to enjoy the action on a large outdoor screen, allowing them to witness the historic moment in real-time, surrounded by the picturesque beauty of Fairmont Windsor Park. As the ceremony unfolds on the big screen, visitors will indulge in a luxurious picnic hamper, filled with a selection of delicious, locally sourced delights. From delicate finger sandwiches, to decadent desserts and refreshing sparkling wine, every bite and sip will be a sensory delight. The expert chefs have created a menu that showcases the best of British picnic culinary traditions, celebrating the best of England’s cuisine. Sweet treats from food stands and hot food from the hotel will also be available to purchase separately.
In addition to the Garden Party, guests will be able to turn the day into a weekend event with an overnight stay in one of the hotel’s opulent bedrooms or lavish suites. Staycationers will be given the chance to wake up surrounded by luxury and recuperate with an exquisite breakfast and a trip to Fairmont Windsor Park’s award-winning spa. In addition to the Coronation screening, Fairmont Windsor Park’s Orchid Tea Room will also be offering a very special Coronation themed afternoon tea over the course of the weekend available from April 18th to celebrate His Majesty The King. Tickets for this once-in-a-lifetime event start from £150 per adult and £50 per child.
