The Woodward Auberge, Geneva Unveils Wellbeing Alpine Interlude with Guerlain

The Woodward Auberge, Geneva’s first all-suite hotel and home to the city’s only two-Michelin-starred dining destination, unveils Alpine Interlude: a Pre & Post Ski Recovery wellbeing program created in collaboration with its celebrated spa partner, Guerlain. Thoughtfully designed for discerning travelers journeying through Geneva on their way to and from the Swiss Alps, the new two-part experience redefines ski travel by offering a restorative interlude that seamlessly blends world-class wellness with alpine adventure.

Together, The Woodward, part of luxury hospitality brand Auberge Resorts Collection set to debut in Mayfair, London next Spring, and Guerlain, have curated a dedicated recovery journey tailored to the rhythm of the ski season. The wellbeing program, which launches in December 2025, addresses the demands of the slopes while ensuring guests remain balanced, nourished, and radiant throughout their alpine escape.

Before the Slopes
Guests are invited to begin their alpine adventure at the Guerlain Spa with an immersive circuit of thermal experiences, from sauna and hammam to revitalizing cold therapies. A high-performance Guerlain Spa facial follows, designed to reinforce the skin’s barrier against harsh mountain climates while deeply replenishing hydration. Complemented by a wellness ritual of infused waters and herbal blends, this treatment ensures the complexion is protected from the dehydrating effects of altitude and cold air.

The evening continues with light dinner at Le Jardinier by Executive Chef Olivier Jean, showcasing refined French cuisine crafted from seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. The following morning, a private pre-ski coaching session introduces mobility and activation techniques, paired with a contrast water ritual to awaken circulation. After a nourishing breakfast, guests are privately transferred to their chosen ski resort.

After the Slopes
On returning to The Woodward Auberge, guests are welcomed with a bespoke in-room salt bath ritual infused with aromatic oils, accompanied by gourmet in-room dining. The following day is devoted to gentle reconnection, beginning with a curated programme of yoga, stretching, Pilates and breathwork. This is followed by a restorative breakfast rich in omega and anti-inflammatory nutrients to ease inflammation and support recovery.

The experience concludes with Guerlain’s Body Tailor Made Recovery Massage, combining foot and leg muscle release, LED cell regeneration therapy, and a detoxifying abdominal massage. To ensure seamless departure, each guest’s ski gear is professionally cleaned and repacked, leaving them refreshed, restored and ready for their onward journey.

Steeped in elegance, The Woodward Auberge is a lakeside icon of contemporary luxury in Geneva. With just 26 suites, each designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon, the hotel offers an intimate atmosphere paired with exceptional dining at L’Atelier Robuchon and Le Jardinier, holistic wellness at the Guerlain Spa, and breathtaking views across Lake Geneva to Mont Blanc. Whether as the starting point or the closing chapter of an alpine adventure, The Woodward, Auberge Resorts Collection offers a rare invitation to pause, restore, and reconnect in the heart of Geneva.
