Experience Winter Wonderland at Rancho Valencia this holiday season with a special complimentary Tree Lighting on December 2 from 5-7 p.m. with hot chocolate, mulled cider, and a delicious peek at their gingerbread casita. • Christmas Eve Dinner - December 24 from 5:30-9 p.m.
o A very merry and most delicious four course, prix fixe Christmas Eve dinner at the resort's signature restaurant, Veladora. Sleigh bells will be ringing as guests enjoy live holiday tunes, a sweet send off from the pastry chef, and plenty of Christmas cheer. $100 per person.

• Christmas Day - December 25 from 1-5:30 p.m.
o Celebrate Christmas Day with Rancho Valencia’s traditional buffet, complete with all the trimmings. The resort's pristine Croquet Lawn will play host to happy happenings the whole family will enjoy. The resort will have a variety of activities including snow globe making, gingerbread man decorating, photos with Santa, Mrs. Clause and their favorite elf, cups of cheer, cozy cabanas, a visit from some very special four-legged guests from the North Pole and so much more. $125 adults and $55 children.

Enjoy the holiday season at The Resort at Pedregal and spend Christmas in sunny Cabo San Lucas. In Mexico, "La Noche Buena,” the good night, is celebrated on Christmas Eve to mark the end of the posadas - a series of processions and parties to celebrate the upcoming holidays.
