Travel + Leisure Reveals 'It List' World's Best New Hotels

The Dewberry in Charleston, South Carolina; Asilia The Highlands in Tanzania (pictured at top); Santani in Sri Lanka; and Pulitzer Amsterdam in Amsterdam are among the 44 hotels around the world named to the coveted list.

Travel + Leisure looks at all the major hotel openings around the globe and uses its wide network of editors and contributors to determine the highly selective It List. Every property on the Travel + Leisure It List contains a unique quality, whether it's redefining a neighborhood, displaying innovative design or shaking up the culinary scene.
