The brand will be transforming the hotel’s Patio into a summer escape adorned with the champagne’s iconic colors. Beginning July 1st through September, guests will be able to immerse themselves in a vibrant champagne-filled experience at the hotel’s Patio Restaurant, just steps away from some of the city’s most coveted attractions.
The Patio Restaurant will be fully transformed in line with the house’s iconic colors of white and yellow, including specially designed tables, chairs, cushions, ice buckets, and umbrellas. Patrons will have the opportunity to savor the entire Veuve Clicquot portfolio, available by both the glass and the bottle. From the classic Yellow Label to the exquisite La Grande Dame, there will be champagne to suit every palate. To complement these exquisite champagnes, Anasazi’s Chef de Cuisine Oliver Cortez has crafted a light fare summer menu, with dishes designed to enhance the flavors of the champagne offerings including a Grilled Watermelon Salad and Spicy Tuna Tostada. Overall this visually stunning setting and luxe dining experience are sure to create the perfect experience to celebrate the best of summer in Santa Fe.
