Viceroy Anguilla Unveils New Dining Venues, Pools, Rooms and Spa

Phase III includes the addition of two new restaurants, two new pools, additional rooms, beach access, meeting rooms, and the Spa at Viceroy Anguilla.

Adding to Viceroy Anguilla's three existing restaurants and lounges are two additional first-class dining venues, Aleta and The Bamboo Bar & Grill. Aleta overlooks the resort's sunrise pool and serves a menu of fresh seasonal selections in an aquatically inspired atmosphere. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy everything from fresh pressed juices and salads to curries and local seafood dishes utilizing indigenous ingredients from the island. The relaxed Bamboo Bar & Grill offers the perfect time-out from the beach with an array of light snacks and casual meals. Guests can order from a lounge chair or stroll in for a shaded rush-woven seat at the Caribbean grill, complete with tiki torches, steel drum tones and local seafood for a modern twist on traditional Caribbean dining.

Completing the resort's 166 luxurious accommodations are 60 ocean front penthouses, sophisticated townhomes and one, two and three-bedroom opulent residences. All designed by famed decorator Kelly Wearstler, the timeless interiors incorporate organic elements such as driftwood lamps, petrified-wood tables and travertine marble floors, coupled with textiles and techniques from all over the world. While most accommodations feature private plunge pools, guests can also choose to indulge in the two recently unveiled pools on property.

The resort also now enjoys full beach access to the 3,200 feet of exclusive Caribbean beachfront it sits nestled on top of.
