The island of St. Barts has added new dining destinations and completed renovations on existing properties.

“We are excited to start the New Year with a host of new culinary options and renovated accommodations on the island,” shares Nils Dufau, president of the Tourism Bureau of St. Barts. “From updated ocean-view villa suites to a recently-opened French fusion restaurant, it's clear why many view St. Barts as a small slice of France in the tropics.”

Eden Rock Hotel Debuts New Health & Wellness Offerings

Eden Rock St Barths has announced a new wellness approach for the new year: a holistic oasis in paradise. Offering morning classes featuring Yoga/SUP Yoga and hiking, the property also invites guests for a nutrition consult following their preferred activity. Additionally, the spa program has launched new in-room self-application spa kits in collaboration with local spa/wellness brand, Ligne St. Barths. Hotel Le Toiny Unveiled Complete Renovation

The luxurious Hôtel Le Toiny, a Relais & Chateaux resort on St. Barts' southeastern coast, re-opened on Nov. 1, 2015 after extensive renovations to the property's 15 ocean-view villa suites and public spaces. Le Guanahani Completes Four-Year Renovation

After undergoing a four-year $40 million renovation, Hotel Le Guanahani is the only full-service boutique hotel in St. Barts.
