Whiteface Lodge Launches ADK Guides and Adventure Packages
Short for Aide De Kamp, ADK Guides are adventure concierges versed in a variety of outdoor activities offered on and off property. In addition to arranging seasonal day trips that include skiing, bobsledding, snowshoeing, kayaking, white-water rafting and rock climbing, ADK Guides can serve as personal tour guides, leading guests through their very own Adirondack adventure.

“Our ADK Guides are experts in what they teach and in what they know,” said Chris Pulito, general manager of Whiteface Lodge. “Some are former Olympians, and all are well-versed in the best places, practices and safety precautions to provide our guests with a premier level of exploration.”

Guests can embark on excursions led by Whiteface Lodge's ADK Guides any season of the year, which are designed to teach explorers about Lake Placid and what makes the High Peaks region so unique. Excursions include instruction from the ADK Guide, round-trip transportation from the Lodge, a branded water bottle, bottle of water, snacks and 25 percent off at the Lodge's gift shop to stock up on goodies before or after.
