XV Beacon has now reinvented the very meaning of luxury and comfort for the current pandemic era. On July 13, in accordance with CDC guidelines and seal of approval for a “safe stay” from the Mass Lodging association, XV Beacon will reopen to guests with health and cleanliness protocols firmly in place and without sacrificing the discreet personal service and environmental stewardship for which the bespoke hotel has been known.
Among the visible (and unseen) steps taken by XV Beacon to ensure staff and guest safety are seamless arrival procedures, and a swift and efficient checkout. Wellness operations have been enhanced with increased cleaning frequency and utilization of cutting-edge UVC technology for sanitizing public and private areas, as well as the placement in their air handler. In addition to their ongoing complimentary n room amenities of Purell and Emergen – C, individual UVC boxes and hand-sanitizer are available throughout the 11-story property. Personal protection equipment (PPE) amenity kits will also be provided to all guests.
Each guest room is sanitized with products approved by the Environmental Protection Agency, and no guest room will be used within 48 hours of another guest. Similarly, XV Beacon’s renowned Lexus house car service will be available for reservations every ½ hour to allow for proper preparation and sanitization between guests.
The XV Beacon team has received COVID-19 training on health & wellness protocols, with more comprehensive continuous sanitization training for associates that come into frequent contact with guests. Masks are mandatory to be worn and required to have their temperatures checked daily upon arrival at the hotel. Paid sick leave has been extended to ensure no one leaves their home ill.

In keeping with diligent sanitary measures, the property’s onsite Exercise Room, which features top performing exercise equipment including a state-of-the-art Hydrow rowing machine, Woodway treadmill and a Peloton stationary bicycle, will be available for one’s exclusive use only. Guests can also exercise from the comfort of their guest room with virtual in-room fitness classes.
