The Spring Equinox retreat will be led by Grace Terry, Fabrice Piche, Guillermo Ruiz, and Rosalba Segovia Barranca, tastemakers within the wellness space, who have created thoughtful programming to complement the wellness experience uncovered at Zadún. Throughout the weekend, participants will be guided through healing therapies ranging from yoga and body immersion meditation to sound healing and Tai Chi. Grace Terry is a tireless traveler and spiritual seeker with a deep passion for helping people reconnect with their inner self through sound healing, reiki and meditation. Fabriche Piche is an expert in traditional Chinese medicine. His passion is to introduce people to Qui Gong, a practice that cultivates balance through meditation, slow-flowing movement, and deep rhythmic breathing. Guillermo Ruiz is an acupuncturist and meditation devotee who spent more than a decade practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gong in southern China, including solitary retreats guided by Buddhist masters. Rosalba Segovia Barranca, or “Tita,” honed her Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga skills in Rishikesh, India, later delving into Restorative Alignment Yoga in La Paz, Mexico. Tita has developed a gentle practice that links movement with deep breathing to help reach a profound state of relaxation.
