For the spa enthusiast, the 20,000 square foot Hashani Spa features an array of indigenous massage and body therapies for both men and women, including a fitness center with cardiovascular equipment, free weights and multiple fitness classes. Outdoor adventurists will relish in the myriad of nature preserve trails on property for hiking, mountain biking and jogging. The resort also offers outdoor family yoga sessions in season. Additionally, guests can partake in three complimentary, daily signature experiences including a guided mountain hike, an interactive traditional Native American ceremony on Salud Patio and a complimentary, nightly tequila toast – all exclusive to Starr Pass Resort & Spa.

Spa

Inspired by the healing properties of the Sonoran Desert and the revered Saguaro cactus, also known as Hashani in the Tohono O’odham language, this 20,000 square foot spa features a variety of ancient healing techniques and traditions inspired by the peoples of the region. Renovated in 2019, Hashani Spa offers an array of body wraps and treatments, massages, facials, eye treatments and mani-pedi salon treatments for both men and women. Hashani Spa also offers a variety of Pilates, yoga and meditation classes in addition to a steam room, private patio, relaxation room, an Express Treatment Pod, saline lap pool and private, poolside cabanas. The Spa is currently operating under limited hours and services.

JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa delivers an exceptional meeting experience featuring 88,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor function space including the Arizona Ballroom which can seat up to 3,300 guests and the Tucson Ballroom which seats up 2,400. The resort, which has earned numerous awards from major meeting and industry publications for its outstanding facilities and service, can accommodate groups from 20 to 3,000. Both ballrooms offer multiple breakout capabilities and private terraces. Given its pristine location, Starr Pass Resort & Spa also offers a multitude of scenic outdoor meeting and event options including private terraces, poolside patios, desert gardens and yards of rolling greens. Meeting options also include two Executive Boardrooms and four smaller meeting rooms to accommodate small to mid-size groups.

Take some time during your resort experience to head into downtown Tucson. Downtown Tucson offers galleries, shopping and art experiences. Hiking is available year-round, but we recommend an early morning adventure during the summer months. The trail-head for several hiking and biking runs can be found at the resort.
