The hotel's architecture reflects the Seljuk style and has 157 rooms and 18 private Villas, the villas are set at an artificial lake in the midst of the Sultan golf course and feature private pools, all rooms are equipped with the latest hotel room technology and feature marble bathrooms with separate bath and shower, wooden floors in the bedroom, flat screen TV's and private balconies. Additionally, there are 16 two-bedroom villas located on the grounds of the Sultan Course plus 2 three-bedroom villas; these villas feature butler service, private golf buggies and separate swimming pools.
