Both of our restaurants set incredibly high culinary standards. Executive Chef Christian Nickel and his team surprise and delight our guests daily with a range of modern and authentic dishes in the 15 Gault Millau Point Restaurant PRISMA. Dine at Head Chef Nenad Mlinarevic’s Gourmet Restaurant focus and enjoy a very special culinary experience with seasonal, elegant and harmonious creations of the highest standard. Created using glass, wood and stone, our six wine cellars house over 30,000 wine bottles, stored according to origin.
