Following an exit from Four Seasons management at the end of 2012 Terre Blanche has re-launched with new, unique services and facilities for its guests.

The 750-acre luxury resort on an outstanding estate in the south of France is the gateway to Provence and the Riviera. The all-suite and villa resort, which has become a member of ‘The Leading Hotels of the World’, has 115 spacious suites and villas ranging in size from 646 square feet to 3,229 square feet (with private pool and jacuzzi). Guests will experience personalised service in luxurious comfort, with stunning natural surroundings and views of mountains and medieval villages. New in-room amenities have been created exclusively by “Fragonard”. The products takes guests on a personal voyage of discovery and concentrate the mind on the scents of the region; mandarin and mint combined with orange blossom and cardamom, woodland green tea, cedar and musk.

Terre Blanche prides itself on its gastronomic variety, with four restaurants overseen by Executive Chef Franck Ferigutti. The resort’s fine-dining restaurant, Le Faventia, offers contemporary French gastronomy, followed by Le Gaudina which has been enlarged and refreshed and offers a new menu of Provençal cuisine. Thirdly, Les Caroubiers at The Clubhouse has an array of Italian specialties, and lastly The Tousco Restaurant offers alfresco dining beside the infinity pool. Commanding panoramic views over the surrounding landscape the large infinity pool at Terre Blanche is a spectacle in itself. After considerable investment the area now boasts 31 beautifully appointed private Poolside Cabanas with sun loungers. A new buffet style dining concept has been introduced with a menu including fresh fish and local produce. As well as a Jacuzzi and a cocktail bar there is an additional Pool Cabana where guests can indulge in a poolside massage. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and encompassing two stories is the 35,000 square foot Spa itself, one of ‘The Leading Spas of The World’. The Spa has 12 treatment rooms and 2 couple suites and offers a variety of treatments, including the world’s first chemical-free anti aging facial by Sodashi or Ivo Pitanguy. Personal fitness trainers provide ‘body sculpting’ classes, aqua fitness, yoga and pilates. Healthy cuisine is available in the Infusion Tea-room, and there is a spacious indoor swimming pool and an outdoor vitality pool, a sauna, a steam room, a laconium and a mani/pedi station. For the younger members of the family, Terre Blanche’s Kids’ Club has its own heated pool with a variety of activities suitable for 2-12 year-olds. These include discovering the local flora a fauna within the extensive grounds; visiting the resort’s very own donkeys; workshops exploring the local arts and sports, such as the typically Provençal game of pétanque or 'boules'; and a video games room with home cinema. Terre Blanche, a European Tour Destination, was voted 2013’s ‘Golf Resort of the Year – Europe’ because of its state of the art golf facilities. Considered by many to be Terre Blanche’s piece de résistance, there are two 18 hole championship golf courses both of which were designed by Dave Thomas. The resort also boasts a one of a kind training and performance centre, which is the first ever to have received European Tour Performance Institute (ETPI) status. Inaugurated in March 2004, the ‘Le Château’ course is listed as one of the best in continental Europe. The course is 6616 metres / 7235 yards long and stands out for its spectacular water features; ravines; vast, rapid greens; and great bunkers of white sand. The second course, ‘Le Riou’, has steep fairways and elaborate greens and is both technically challenging and fun. Calling for a large variety of strokes, this spectacular 6005-metre / 6567-yard course requires a strong game strategy.
