Many direct flights are available to Denver International Airport (DEN), about 130 miles east of the Pines Lodge, and to Vail Eagle County Airport (EGE), about 26 miles west of the Pines Lodge, from major U.S. cities on a variety of carriers. Transfers to/from EGE are approximately $65 per person, each way; transfers to/from DEN are approximately $98 per person, each way. If you're driving or renting a car, valet parking is included in the rate.
