The hotel consists of 53 chic, light-filled guest rooms and suites, most with working fireplaces and harbor views, and 11 garden cottages. Also available is 57 Easton, a 4 bedroom house that includes all hotel amenities and services, as well as a one bedroom guest cottage. 57 Easton - Residence with four bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, four bathrooms and fireplace and one bedroom with kitchenette. Three Bedroom Cottage - Queen master bedroom and two bedrooms with two twins or king. Living area with pullout sofa plus two baths. Two Bedroom Cottage - King master bedroom plus bedroom with two twins or king. Living area with fireplace and adjacent den with pullout sofa. Includes kitchenette, dining area, two full baths & patio. One Bedroom Cottage - Queen bedroom with comfortable living area including a full-size pullout sofa. Shoreline Suite - Oversized living area with fireplace, wet bar and refrigerator connected to a bedroom with a king bed and a marble bathroom.
