After 14 years as the finest and most respected restaurant in Singapore, award-winning Les Amis is to open its first overseas branch in Hong Kong at one of the city's up and coming locations – Starstreet – in mid December.
Mandarin Oriental, Boston, opened its doors on October 6, 2008, with classically trained Executive Chef Nicolas Boutin, commanding the kitchen in the hotel's signature restaurant Asana.
